I use Utrecht Matt gel for many purposes. I adhere paper to panels, I water it down to use as a varnish, and I use it as glue for collage. Is Utrechts brand is thick and smooth and works perfectly for all my needs. It is also the best priced gel medium. I can't even count how many buckets of this product I have purchased over the years.
